Accommodation

PLEASE NOTE: The Living room and kitchen are situated on the ground floor. As with many cottages in Robin Hood's Bay, the upper two floors are accessed by a narrow, winding and relatively steep staircase. Please take this into account when making a booking with either children or individuals with mobility problems.

Much of the paintwork and woodwork is 200 years old, so  hopefully, like us, you will love the historic nature of the cottage with its bumps bruises and scars. You will, however find it comfortable and clean for your stay.

Living Room

You'll instantly feel at home in our comfortable house. The living room easily accommodates a family, with a large dining table that seats six. There is a 'smart' internet TV, a small range of DVDs and books, and free Wifi available too. Relax after a day's hiking or cycling.

Kitchen

A good sized kitchen features all of the facilities you need to feed a family: a double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a full range of cooking utensils.

Bathroom

The bathroom features a beautiful Victorian suite, with an enormous roll top bath. A spacious room, ideal for unwinding at the end of a day. Please note that we do  not have a full shower.

Double bedroom

The first floor has a double bedroom with a view over Fisherhead. There is plenty of storage space, with a wardrobe and set of drawers, but still room for a travel cot if you need to bring one.

Twin bedroom 1

On the second floor there are two twin bedrooms. The first has two wonderful brass framed beds, and a view over the beck to Fisherhead. A wardrobe, storage cupboard and bedside drawers provide easily enough space for a holiday break.

Twin bedroom 2

The second twin bedroom has a pair of iron framed beds, nestling beneath the ancient beams.
