As with many cottages in Robin Hood's Bay, the upper floors of the cottage are accessed by a narrow, winding and relatively steep staircase. Please take this into account when making a booking with either children or individuals with mobility problems. It may not be suitable.

Electricity, gas and bed linen are included in the weekly price, but please bring your own towels.

Please note that the cottage is strictly non smoking.

One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement for a small additional cleaning charge of £15, but be aware that they are NOT to be left unattended in the property at ANY time.

Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 2pm on the first day, and must vacate the property by 10am on the final morning.

Unfortunately there is no parking attached to the cottage, and guests will need to use the public car parks a short distance away. It is, however, easy to drop off luggage upon arrival.

A non returnable deposit of £100.00 is payable upon booking, the balance being due six weeks before your holiday.
